getGRWN is the trading brand of GRWN, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability
company also doing business as GRWN Consulting. Based at 211 Spring Street,
Newton, NJ 07860. On-site work anywhere within about two hours of Newton;
remote engagements beyond that.

The work is diagnosis and repair of how a business actually runs day to day:
process, workflow, inventory, scheduling and warehouse operations.

## Who runs it

**Matthew Lenihan**, Operations Consultant. Previously Chief Operating Officer
and President of International Operations at Starlings in Seoul, then Chief
Operating Officer of The Damned, a London-based Web3 company, leading teams
across three continents. The site's own framing: he has sat in the chair where
operational problems land, which is a different job from advising on them.

This is a single operator, not a firm with staff.

## Services and prices

Every price below is published on the site. The first three are fixed fees.

- **Operations Walkthrough — $750, one-time.** Half a day on site watching how
  the business actually runs on a normal day. Ends with a short written summary
  of the first things worth fixing. Credited in full against a Leak Audit booked
  within 30 days, and the written summary is kept either way.
- **The Leak Audit — $1,950, one-time.** Two to three days of work across about
  two weeks, through the numbers, the schedule, the stock and the process.
  Diagnosis only. Ends with a written report naming each leak, ranked by size.
- **Leak Audit + Fix Plan — $3,500, one-time.** Everything in the Leak Audit
  plus a sequenced plan: what to fix first, who does it, what it costs and what
  it should return. Includes templates and a follow-up within 30 days.
- **The Multi-Site Diagnostic — from $10,000, one-time.** For several locations,
  more than about 20 people, or a few different operations under one roof. Two
  to four weeks on the ground across every site, a written report ranking every
  leak by size, and a sequenced fix plan. The figure is fixed before anything
  starts and does not move afterwards.
- **Fractional COO Light — from $2,500 per month.** About a day a week, driving
  one or two operational priorities at a time.
- **Fractional COO Embedded — from $6,500 per month.** Two to three days a week,
  owning operational outcomes rather than advising on them. Functionally a
  part-time COO.
